The summer 😎is gone once again but wow was it a great one. In the sun all day everyday swimming 🏊🏿and playing tennis🎾. Life is good and I have been blessed this summer. Take a look at me and my daughter swimming together; commentary and video by my flight Instructer big bill.

With the changing of seasons it's time to get back in the gym 🏋🏾and the latest technology📲.
